Meet the Owner

Randall Oliver is the founder and owner of Arctic Heating and Cooling. Having been in the industry for over 30 years, Arctic was officially started in 2014. 
Honesty, dependability, transparency, and upfront fair pricing our several of the many pillars the company is build on.
Apart from the business side of things, Randall enjoys classic cars and playing the guitar. His collection includes a 1967 and 1968 camaro and over 50 classic guitars ranging in all makes.
